To remove a circuit breaker, follow these simple tips:
1) Locate the electrical service box in your house.
2) Shut off the main breaker within the box and remove the panel covering the breakers.
3) Test the wire going to the circuit breaker you are replacing and make sure the power is off at that location. This can be done with an inexpensive circuit tester.
4) Unscrew and pull out of the way the feed wire going to the circuit breaker you are replacing. There should be only one black wire going to the breaker unless you have a multiple pole breaker or a very high amp rating on the breaker.

Sorry, without knowing a little bit more, it would be like shooting in the dark.
Klein and Knipex, make a lot of different electricians tools. Knipex in my opinion makes better tools, though Klein is a good choice as well. Without knowing what kind of work he does, cramps the choice selection. Cable installation, electrician work, telephone, fiber optics, etc. each have their own specialty pliers. I’m going to guess he’s doing regular electricians Illinois Electricians work , if he is I’d recommend these two models, KN1301-160 or KN1302-160. Both are very good pliers for this type of work, they range from $30.00 to $ 45.00, depending on where you find them.
